King Yacht Los Cabos Cancellation Policy

Booking and Reservation

  • At the time of booking, King Yacht Los Cabos kindly requests that guests carefully consider their yacht rental plans, as our vessels are highly sought-after and once reserved, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.

Exception

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we offer the following exceptions to our cancellation policy:
    • One-time, no-cost change of date for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled rental.
    • Rain date within the next 28 months for reservations cancelled due to inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled rental, no refund will be issued, except in the case of a rain date.

Weather Policy

  • King Yacht Los Cabos is committed to providing guests with a truly exceptional boating experience in the Los Cabos region. For your safety and comfort, we have a no-rain and small craft advisory policy, and we do not set sail if there is current or imminent rainfall or inclement weather. Our experienced captains make these decisions with utmost care and consideration for your safety, typically at least 2 hours prior to scheduled sailing time.

Rain Date

  • If we are unable to set sail due to weather, we will offer you a rain date within the next 28 months for you to reschedule. Your payment will be applied as credit towards this future sailing, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy our luxury yacht rental service at a time that suits you.

Less than Ideal Weather

  • If we do set sail on a day with less than ideal weather, and complete the full allotted time, discounts or credits will not be given, as all expenses, including fuel and captain’s time, have been fully incurred.

Early Return Due to Weather

  • If you decide to return to port early due to weather conditions, we may issue a pro-rata credit towards a future sailing time, based on the returned time and sea conditions. If the sea conditions were deemed safe and sail-able for the entire duration of your trip, no discount will be given.
