Reservation and Cancellation Policies

At King Yacht Los Cabos, we value our customers and strive to provide clear policies. Please read carefully before booking.

Reservations

When making a reservation, please confirm your plans carefully. Our yachts are in high demand, and once a reservation is confirmed, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

Exceptions:

• Date changes are free of charge if requested more than 30 days in advance.

• Cancellations within 30 days: A date change may be possible, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling due to rain: Valid within the next 28 months.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable, except in the case of a rain check date.

Weather Policy

For safety reasons, we do not sail in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions. The captain will make a decision at least 2 hours before departure.

Rain Check Date

If we are unable to sail due to weather conditions, we will offer a rain check date within the next 28 months, applying your payment as credit.

Less-than-Ideal Weather

If the trip proceeds as scheduled, no discounts or additional credits will be provided.

Early Return Due to Weather

If you choose to return early due to weather, a prorated credit may be issued, depending on the remaining time and sea conditions. However, if conditions were deemed safe for the duration of the trip, no discount will be provided.
